Private Capital Group, LLC’s primary client goal is to protect your privacy.  We take your privacy seriously. We are required by law to notify you of our Privacy Policy annually.  Our policy may change at anytime and you will be notified of any material changes.

Collecting and Using Your Information

Private Capital Group collects information about you in order to conduct regular business.  We are also obligated to collect certain information to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements.  We may collect nonpublic personal information from sources such as:
* Information reported by you on applications or other forms you provide to us (such as name, address, Social Security number, date of birth, driver’s license info, assets and income)
* Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others

As Private Capital Group, LLC shares nonpublic information solely to service our client accounts, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Sharing Your Information

To provide the utmost in service, we may disclose information regarding customers and/or former customers, as necessary, to companies to perform certain services on our behalf: 
* Companies that provide financial services for us on your behalf (custodians, broker/dealers, money managers, CPAs, Attorneys)
* Companies that have joint marketing activities with us
* Companies participating in a proposed purchase, sale, merger etc.
* Other organizations with your consent

Information Safeguarding

Private Capital Group, LLC will internally safeguard your nonpublic personal information by restricting access to only those employees who provide products or services to you or those who need access to your information to service your account.
