Private Capital Group is proud to announce that we have selected two ambitious and talented individuals, Iryna Onyshko and Dylan Kim, to actively participate in our 2021 Summer Internship Program. After weeks of assessing and interviewing many qualified and bright candidates, Iryna and Dylan wowed us and are eager to jumpstart possible careers in wealth management and financial planning. Our internship program is designed with three equal-length rotational periods consisting of Operations and Client Services, Investment and Portfolio Management and Financial Planning. As each rotation concludes, both interns will share their findings and experiences, and in addition, will be tasked with a program-intense project they will present to the entire firm.

Please join us in welcoming our 2021 interns and learn a bit more about each in her and his bio below.

Iryna Onyshko is currently a junior at Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., with a major in Economics and Computer Science. Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, Iryna has lived in four different countries and graduated from a Swiss boarding school. She enjoys skiing, traveling, biking and volunteering. At the age of 16, Iryna organized a volunteer task force in cooperation with American Councils to teach English in a small Ukrainian town. Through various internships and leadership experiences, Iryna has explored such fields as digital advertising, venture capitalism and investments.

On Trinity’s campus, Iryna embraces opportunities to connect with others as well as improve herself whether it is in the role of resident advisor, student technology assistant, teaching assistant or CFA Institute Research Challenge team member. Iryna is excited to join Private Capital Group in her summer-long adventure as she plans to explore wealth management and client relations from industry specialists and build her well-found knowledge base.

Dylan Kim is a sophomore at Yale University studying Economics. Originally from Southbury, Conn., he attended the storied Taft School. At Yale, Dylan is a member of the baseball team and is a Co-President of the Yale Alumni Fund Student Association, which seeks to engage undergraduate students in philanthropic education. This fall, he co-founded and is President of the Yale Chapter of Scholars of Finance, a national organization focused on educating and training future leaders in financial services. In his free time, Dylan loves to cook and watch movies with his older sister, Kayla

Motivated by impact, Dylan was drawn to PCG because its internship program presented an opportunity to gain valuable, real world experience and make meaningful contributions across its lines of business. Eager to join PCG’s tight-knit team, Dylan is ready to get the summer program underway.

Private Capital Group is thrilled to welcome Iryna and Dylan and support their professional growth throughout the summer with us. New life brings new ideas and we’re banking on them contributing to our team and our culture. At this time, we are uncertain if our summer internship program will be in-person or remote, but we’re absolutely certain that Iryna and Dylan will impress.

As always, we extend our well wishes for health and safety. Our team is here to collaborate, answer any questions and deliver the best service to you, our valued clients.

Enjoy your weekend!
